Brand consistency

Keep every design on-brand — apply a brand kit with one request, generate on-brand by default, and extract a kit from existing work.

Brand kits (concepts) hold your colors, fonts, logos, voice and rules. The AI uses them in three ways.

"Make this match my brand"#

Select a design that follows a kit — or tell the agent which kit to use — and ask:

Text
Make this match my brand.

The agent runs apply_brand, which maps the design onto the kit rather than repainting it:

  • Colors — each color in the design is matched to the closest brand color by role and contrast, keeping text readable. Brand colors become variables (such as brand.primary) so later kit changes flow through.
  • Fonts — headline-like text gets the heading font, body text the body font, using roles where they exist and visual hierarchy where they do not.
  • Logos — placeholder or outdated logos are replaced with the right variant for the background (light or dark).
  • Voice — copy is lightly rewritten in your tone, keeping facts, names and numbers intact. Say "don't change the copy" to skip this.
  • Rules — hard rules from the kit are checked and fixed ("logo never on photos", "minimum 24 px headlines").

You can scope it: "apply the brand to the selected card only", or "only fix the colors".

On-brand from the start#

When a design follows a kit, everything the AI creates uses it: generated designs, new pages, workflows, template remixes and generated images (whose prompts include the palette and mood). The agent prefers your saved text and color styles over new values.

Checking a design#

Ask "is this on brand?" and the agent compares the design with the kit and lists what is off — a color that is not in the palette, an extra font, a logo with too little clear space — before fixing anything you approve.

Extracting a brand kit#

Starting from scratch? Create a kit from existing material:

  • From a design you like — the agent reads its palette, fonts and logo usage.
  • From files — upload your logo, a brand guidelines PDF or a few example images; the agent proposes colors, fonts, a voice description and rules.

Review the proposal, adjust anything, and save. Brand kits are part of Pro (up to 10 per workspace) and the self-hosted edition.
