Workspaces & members

Workspaces, folders and member roles — who can see, comment on and edit designs, and how invites and share links work.

Workspaces#

A workspace is where designs, folders, brand kits and uploads live. Everyone starts with a personal workspace. On Pro you can create up to five workspaces (unlimited when self-hosted) — for example one per client or team — and switch between them from the logo menu.

Inside a workspace, organize designs in folders. Archived designs go to Trash, where you can restore them or delete them for good.

Member roles#

Each member of a workspace has exactly one role:

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything, including billing, deleting the workspace and transferring ownership to another member.
AdminManage members and invites, brand kits, folders and every design.
EditorCreate and edit designs, use AI tools, upload assets.
CommenterView designs and add or resolve comments.
ViewerView designs.

Invite people from Settings → Members — up to 20 addresses at once. They receive an email with a link (/accept/…) and join with the role you chose; they must sign in with the invited address. Invitations expire after 7 days and can be resent or revoked. Admins can change roles or remove members at any time; removing someone immediately ends their access.

Sharing a single design#

You do not need to add someone to the workspace to show them a design. From Share in the editor, create a link:

  • View — anyone with the link can view (available on every plan).
  • Comment — they can view and comment.
  • Edit — they can edit (Pro).

Links can have a password and an expiry date, and you can revoke them at any time. Presentations can also be shared as a presenter link at /present/….

API keys belong to people#

Agent API keys are created by a member in Settings → API keys and act with that member's permissions in the chosen workspace, limited further by the key's scopes.
